Regulamin: Purchase proposal
- The "Purchase Suggestion" form is intended for all users of the website of the Pedagogical Library in Radom (Zwolen branch) and is used to submit requests for books and periodicals that are not currently in our collection.
- A "purchase proposal" submission should include the following document details: the author's full name, the title, and—optionally—the year and publisher (with the physical format of the document specified in the remarks field).
- When filling out the form, the user is required to provide their personal details: full name and an email address, to which a response will be sent regarding whether the submission has been accepted for processing. This data will be used solely for correspondence with the user who submitted it.
- A user submitting a "Purchase Suggestion" form is required to check whether the publication they are seeking is already included in the Integro catalog of the Pedagogical Library in Radom. Requests for publications that are already part of the Pedagogical Library in Radom’s collection will not be processed.
- The Pedagogical Library in Radom, Zwoleń Branch, reserves the right to reject an application at any stage of its processing; the user will be notified of this via electronic means.
- There is no minimum or maximum timeframe for processing requests, nor is there a limit on the number of requests that can be submitted.
